Introducing Costa Rica Obata with natural processing

We’ve celebrated Alejo Castro Khales coffee for several years, his coffees consistently delight us. This year we have selected 2 coffees from Volcan Azul to share with you, the first this single Obata with natural processing. It brings all of the best qualities of a well processed coffee, a very expressive filter there is depth of flavour that reveals more with each sip. The flavours are sweet and balanced with a smooth silky mouthfeel that develops as the coffee cools. A very enjoyable coffee that speaks to Alejo’s extensive coffee growing experience and his ability to control flavour.
