Rounding out our Ethiopian coffee selection we have a natural process mixed varietal from the Jabanto Group. The same varietals and producer as the Dabo – Washed, we’ve enjoyed tasting these two coffees side by side to illustrate the effect processing has on flavour. The Dabo – Washed is clean, bright and crisp, with the Dabo Natural equally as enjoyable; sweet, viscous and fruity. Both share a tropical taste profile inherent to the origin and varietal.
