Introducing Filter Coffee Bundles.   

Just as our coffee lineup changes with the seasons our Roasters Bundle evolves each month so you can explore our newest and favourite brews. We pick two unique coffees, paired to take you on a taste journey, freshly roasted and packaged for you to enjoy at home, work or on the road. The filter bundle showcases coffees from our entire range, so you’ll get to enjoy our freshest arrivals and returning favourites in our standard release sizes of 2 x 200g/250g (depending on the origin featured), bundled together for a promotional price.

Costa Rica – Volcan Azul – Mazo | Mixed Varietal – Natural. 250g

Tastes of: Dried apricot, dried apple, chocolate and stewed fruits.

We were very lucky to secure volume of this unique lot from our friends at Volcan Azul in Costa Rica. The Mazo release is a culmination of the work from one harvest, taking various lots from Volcan Azul and processed together. Having worked with this producer year-on-year, we’re always impressed by the quality of their green bean and in this case, we’re very happy to share a coffee that they recommended to us personally. The profile is fruit forward with gentle acidity, we’re enjoying it for a delicate filter preparation.

Brazil – Jean Vilhena, Lot 56 | Catuai – Washed. 250g

Tastes of: Jasmine, lemon/lime and orange zest with a juicy body and crisp finish

We discovered this exceptional coffee from the team at Minas Hill during an impromptu cupping session one afternoon. Among a lineup of outstanding coffees, two stood out — and this washed Brazilian was particularly exciting. Washed coffees from Brazil are less common than their pulped natural counterparts, making this one especially noteworthy. What truly set it apart, though, were its bright, floral characteristics — a rarity for coffees from this region and a testament to the incredible processing work done at the farm and by the team at Eldorado Specialty Coffee.

Jean Vilhena’s Santa Monica farm is part of the Eldorado Specialty Coffee family — a collective of farms with over a century of coffee-growing tradition in Brazil’s renowned Alta Mogiana region. Drawing on their deep technical expertise, the Eldorado team carefully selects the most suitable processing method for each batch, ensuring the highest quality in every cup.
